Cochise County Humane Society

The Cochise County Humane Society is a 501 C3 non-profit organization vitally interested in eliminating unwanted pets by promoting responsible pet ownership, and to reduce pet over-population by offering low cost spay and neuter for companion pets of senior citizens and low-income residents.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to reduce the problem of unexpected dogs and cats in Cochise County by offering low-cost spay 

and neuter programs. 


 We provide financial assistance to elderly and low income families of Cochise County to have their pets spayed or neutered.


We offer several programs: 

  • Feral cat trap, neuter, and release program
  • Foster program

Our assistance to the community relies solely on grants and donations from corporations and individuals.


We are a volunteer organization. 

95% of every donation goes to the care and welfare of animals in Cochise County.

  

All donations are tax-exempt.

Our 2023-2024 Year working with cats and dogs

     

    Our spay/neuter programs depend on 

    grants and donations from individuals like you. 

    95% of all funds raised go directly to the care and welfare 

    of dogs/cats in Cochise County. 


    We need you!  If you can volunteer a few hours a month to assist with trapping feral cats throughout Cochise County, fostering cats and dogs in your home, or providing transportation to vet appointments, please call us! We need your talent!
